This single variety olive oil is made solely with Passulunara olives to showcase its delicate and subtle flavor nuances. Native to Sicily this variety is only found in parts of southern Italy, and even then, found very rarely. We planted 300 year old olive trees on our farm at La Furtuna to help preserve this beloved heirloom variety to share its soft, herbal olive oil with you.
